The Southern Maryland Roundup has relocated to Annapolis while preserving the beloved and familiar experience cultivated over its successful 12-year history. This engaging event invites you to a transformative weekend, guided through all twelve steps by esteemed speakers from different corners of the country. Hospitality Suite
The Hospitality Suite at the Southern Maryland Roundup offers a welcoming and convivial space for attendees to gather and reconnect with old acquaintances or forge new connections throughout the event. With posted hours throughout the conference, participants will have ample opportunities to enjoy the camaraderie of friends they may not have seen in years or engage with newfound companions made during the weekend.
To enhance the experience, the suite will offer a selection of amenities, including coffee, water, sodas, and light refreshments at various times during the conference. As a gesture of support, donations are warmly welcomed to help sustain the availability of these provisions and ensure the ongoing success of the suite.

We encourage all attendees to make the most of this hospitality space, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie throughout the Southern Maryland Roundup.

In the past, we have offered a banquet or buffet. This year, we will offer a plated meal consisting of three main entree choices:
