Additionally, you can submit a scholarship request if you do not have the means to pay for the registration. We also have links to our Merchandise Store (T-Shirts & Travel Mugs) as well as links to allow you to make contributions to our Scholarship Fund and Hospitality Suite.

This Event Grows Every Year!
Dinner is already SOLD OUT and rooms at our host hotel (DoubleTree) are SOLD OUT as well! HOWEVER, we have secured a room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites at discounted rates for Roundup attendees. Hot breakfast buffet and WIFI are included in the rates and parking fees are waived for Roundup guests. The rates shown in the hotel link below are available the nights of March 18 through March 24, 2026 (the Roundup takes place Friday, March 20 to Sunday, March 22).
