Hospitality Suite Volunteers Needed

The Hospitality Suite at the Southern Maryland Roundup will provide a quiet place to talk or get away from the crowds. Coffee, snacks, and other refreshments will be available. The room will be available from Noon on Friday until Noon on Sunday.

Volunteers are needed to keep the coffee fresh and snacks stocked, greet and help visitors, and keep the room straightened up and comfortable.

We also need groups to donate coffee service items and nonperishable snacks to be available in the Hospitality Suite. We are not accepting perishable items. Item donations needed include coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, cream, cups, stirrers, cookies, candy, crackers, plates, and napkins. Please email hosp2011@yahoo.com before sending items to ensure that items are still needed and to arrange for drop off

We are accepting money donations in lieu of items so that we can purchase perishable items as needed. Make check payable to Southern Maryland Roundup, write "Hospitality" on the note line, and mail to: P.O. Box 2322, Prince Frederick, MD 20678.

Volunteers: We need at least one person in the room at all times, and two people during peak times. Volunteers must be registered Roundup attendees.
